So what are we up to?

I've lost track.

So far some or all of us are (in no order):

  • receiving illicit funds from fundamentalists in the US
  • handing out lesbian wives (timeshare? Full-time?)
  • turning the UK into T*rf Island
  • taking over both Twitter and Mumsnet despite there being only six of us
  • brigading online surveys
  • creating fear through the use of stickers and/or ribbons
  • creating anger through the use of hoodies and billboards
  • all elderly
  • all middle aged
  • all middle-class
  • all "Karens"
  • but there's only six of us

I've missed loads, does anyone want to add some more? I feel we should keep a list going.

@Bortles

We are represented by a purely grey flag?

Isn't that for people who identify as having a gender assigned at birth and agree with which gender the assigner assigned them?

Helleofabore · 16/01/2022 10:57

Oh. We’ve been told on MN plenty that we are responsible for the violence against trans people because we won’t STFU.

I remember being told I had to personally take responsibility for those injured at the WiSpa protest. It was the feminists fault and of course, it was the original woman who complained’s fault most of all. She should never have posted that video of her complaint being ignored and her being ‘educated’ by ‘the man’.

JDaytona · 16/01/2022 10:51

I was told on Twitter that my opinion is literally violence and I'm responsible for the suicides of children, by suggesting that male bodied rapists should not be housed in female prisons.

NitroNine · 16/01/2022 10:44

@foxgoosefinch
“Admonitio!” is very clearly Telling Someone Off & frankly I don’t know how you could be so harsh & cruel when we ALL know the rules say that you have to Be Kind. (I also misread “Prolepsis!” & involuntarily clenched bits of me I hadn’t realised I could clench. Thanks for that Hmm )

@Enough4me
Apparently we’re not allowed to be witches. Because they’re “inherently queer”. This ahistorical (& crashingly discriminatory to present-day Wiccans & other witches) take actually gained traction in TRA circles after JKR posted the photo of her in the “this witch won’t burn” (I think I have the wording slightly wrong, sorry) t-shirt.

On which note, we put up stickers (& sometimes posters or even billboards) or leave fliers that make trans people “unsafe” by giving the dictionary definition of woman/presenting arguments for keeping prisons single sex/saying “I ❤️ JKR”. These are sometimes also “literal violence”.

Helleofabore · 16/01/2022 10:32

It gives a whole new meaning to posters who say things like ‘I am off to organize my sock drawer’ .

That must mean we are going off-piste (maybe we are also in the liquor cupboard?)

hallouminatus · 16/01/2022 10:20

sui support

PaleGreenGhost · 16/01/2022 10:19

How do I know which of the six feminist mumsnetters I am? Or can I just identify with whoever is being the most cleverest?

hallouminatus · 16/01/2022 10:18

Don't forget that we are all transphobic men. We must be because women are kind and sui trans rights.

Terfydactyl · 16/01/2022 09:52

@Helleofabore

It could be a competition for the twitter monitors (and supposedly the police) - produce a list of the six accounts that are real. So we know which of us is a real person and which of us is a sock.

Better turn on the VPNs so it challenges the police, can’t make it too easy.

Didn’t we have someone literally tell us that there is only around 2000 ‘GCs’ (as they like to call us) in the UK, because they counted the number at the Scottish protest and did some wild extrapolation.

Well I'm a real one of the six, honest sir, I'm not a sock.

I dunno who managed to get 2000 out of six people. Sounds a lot like my maths skills there.

Is that enough clues to find me?

bishophaha · 16/01/2022 09:44

It's fine for TRAs to be violent due to their righteous anger, but for any woman to voice any concern or raise a question, the phrase "reasonable concerns" gets its own "scare" "quotes" in the "discourse".

Because the points themselves can't be argued against they have to target the "tone" that feminists use. Twas ever thus.

EmpressaurusWitchDoesntBurn · 16/01/2022 09:42

What did StopStartStop say that the misogynist monitors didn’t like? I’d have thought they’d be taking this thread seriously & grabbing screenshots.

EmpressaurusWitchDoesntBurn · 16/01/2022 09:42

@FlyingOink

I kinda didn't want to mention the International Network of Powerful Lesbians because I feel that individual is quite unwell but a: a laughable publication actually printed that shit and b: it sounds cool as fuck

But the Network isn't on the list either

I’m wearing my International Network of Powerful Lesbians T-shirt today. It is definitely cool as fuck.
TheWeeDonkey · 16/01/2022 09:12

@stinkycheeseman

According to my daughter I have white middle class privilege and that is why I can't understand how hard it is to be trans. I would love to be middle class.
So how does she know how hard it is to be trans?
thinkingaboutLangCleg · 16/01/2022 09:09

We literally kill people by referring to them as ‘he’ when they have chosen ‘she’. It’s like every time you say “I don’t believe in fairies”, a fairy dies.

We get paid by the fundamentalist UK Christian Right (which though brainlessly stupid is clever enough to hide its existence) to kill people like this. Got to go now and say he! He! He! He!

There was indeed a poster who said that there are only 2000 'GC's' - they were insistent that this is the case despite it being pointed out that counting the number of attendees at an event which had been - organised last minute, was mid week and was held in Edinburgh, might not be the most accurate way to work out how many people are GC nationally.
Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 16/01/2022 07:53

Also, of course, those of who somehow aren't embittered spinsters living alone with a pack of feral cats but did manage to breed are absolutely toxic parents who know nothing about our children and care less. We thwart them out of spite and would throw them out onto the street if they showed any signs of being GNC or, god forbid, gay. Thank goodness for schools and teachers and youth organisations who will help the teens to transition and keep it hidden from their hateful parents, who wouldn't let their young teens wear a binder or take hormones or have the top surgery they so desperately need to be their authentic selves, or chat online to the kind mentors who are of course exactly who say they are and only have the teens' best interests at heart. Imagine being so bigoted as to think that a 13yo girl shouldn't be learning about anal sex and BDSM from a complete stranger!

Grumpyosaurus · 16/01/2022 07:35

We're wingnuts and extremists.
We hate all trans people, all of them, even the ones who come to visit and stay overnight, and even though we think they don't exist.
We like JKR. That's just so, so wrong.

Helleofabore · 16/01/2022 07:26

We're also pig ignorant about reproduction in spite of the fact that we have female anatomy and most of us have first hand experience of its many joys.

Yes. We have missed the fact that apparently successful male pregnancies are just a few years away.

And that manipulated DNA will cause all cells to become female and that will somehow turn the male body into female (not sure where those male specific body parts will go, I guess the body will break them down to make room for the new shiny ones grown).

What other biological advantages that are happening in the next few years have we missed?

Because no regular poster on this board has as much biological or medical expertise as some of our newer posters.

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 16/01/2022 07:09

@YetAnotherSpartacus

Is it that we failed school biology or that we haven’t caught up with the fact that biology has changed and sex is a spectrum now? Or something.
Both. Because we're so laughably out of date and unaware of how limited our knowledge is (even the biologists and doctors, who of course are all lying because who ever heard of a woman doing a job like that), we missed the award of the Nobel Prize for Physiology to the scientists who identified the sperg. The biased mainstream media totally failed to cover this too.

We're also pig ignorant about reproduction in spite of the fact that we have female anatomy and most of us have first hand experience of its many joys. We're too stupid and bigoted to understand what we're experiencing, though.

*Imitatio! Admonitio! Epizeuxis! Hendiadys! Prolepsis! Chiasmus! Adynaton!
*
Sounds like something JKRowling might have written.

*Needed a comma...the males are scared women,

foxgoosefinch · 16/01/2022 00:11

Today I have been mainly making people feel unsafe with my “rhetoric”.

(Or dog whistling. Even though I don’t have any dogs.)

I once upon a time studied classical rhetoric, so I am impressed that just my rhetoric harms people and makes them feel unsafe.

Imitatio! Admonitio! Epizeuxis! Hendiadys! Prolepsis! Chiasmus! Adynaton!

Anyone feeling unsafe yet…? Harmed…? Good, good.

Enough4me · 16/01/2022 00:11

We are a bunch of witches who need to suck their long male appendage, which will be drawn in chalk outside venues if we wish to meet up. This is because the males are scared women who need to congregate around witches to loudly remind us to be kind.
