A quick question about toilets?

If we're launching squirrels on this thread, here are examples of actual weapons being used in in women's toilets by men self identifying as women along with direct threats made against women:

I’ve worked with many genuine trans people over the years all of whom have had top surgery not all have gone on to have bottom surgery mainly due to cost or feeling comfortable enough now the pass day to day.

But you are in absolutely no doubt whatsoever of the sex of the very people you use as an example of who should be able to use women's toilets!

So these very people, who everyone knows are men, should be able to use the ladies toilets, because...?

To be fair, I can understand trying to focus the discussion on a divisive figure like Posie, and on what she might or might not have said. I guess I might do the same if I was trying to ignore the basic point that decent men stay out of women's spaces without being coerced.

For whatever reason, trans women who have had gender reassignment surgery (from what I’ve seen/ heard/ read) tend to understand that a person can never truly change their biological sex and feel that recent TRA voices have absolutely fucked their position. It used to be a tacit understanding between women and transsexuals (as then known) then the TRAs made it aggressive - they started demanding the transgression of women’s safe space and boundaries and suddenly, that voice started to sound very male indeed. It was ironically the very angry assertion that trans women are women that made so many people realise they are definitely not.

Ask her. Ask her yourself. She may even answer you. But she is easy to find.

I'm always bemused by the argument that we said nothing because we hadn't noticed or didn't mind. I don't know how anyone who understands women's lives can believe that.

It was a call for males to play the game to identify as women to show how easy it is for males to access women’s toilets. And how powerless women were against those males.

Yes it's identical to the one you posted in pink news. Still no evidence there I'm afraid. Do you have the actual wording of her saying there should be armed guards? Or did you just cherry pick certain words and just make the rest up?

Just to clarify I don't agree that we should have sex-checking-guards to look at everyone entering a toilet. As well as causing delays it does sound a big weird.

It's not as insane as the penis people abusing women's spaces just because they can. Not that you've provided evidence that she said there should be armed guards anyway. Although even if she did, (still no evidence) I don't care that much anyway. Men should not be in women's spaces. End of. And she is free to speak how she wants.
