Note to.the ever present monitors, the publishing industry AND her fellow authors. this is BECAUSE she has spoken ouT. I will continue to vote with my £ and support those who support women and girls.

Same here. I usually borrow books from the library or from friends, but buy books to support authors that speak out for women and girls.

Dalcher is building a strong reputation as a feminist author so this is going to really help.

This is very pleasing to hear. I've just bought Q and Femlandia.

I read Vox when it first came out and nearly 12 months after I fell down the rabbit hole. I found it quite frightening because so many women were being banned from SM at the time and it felt less like dystopian fiction and more like dystopian reality.

I just downloaded and started Vox on Audible. “We used to have book groups, and coffee chats.” Yeah, it feels like a lot of previously female only spaces are under threat.

I hadn't heard of her before.

Just went & purchased Femlandia due to that announcement as it's only 99p on Kindle right now.

If it's even halfway okay I'll pick up her other books too.

Oh I love Dalcher even more now. Her book Vox was brilliant and it's completely appropriate and right for her to speak up. The book, for those who haven't heard about it, begins with women being limited to 100 words a day. I strongly recommend it.
Sounds like Twitter turned into a dictatorship.
