I don't even know how to properly title this post.

Daye, the period product manufacturer, has gotten hold of my throwaway email address somehow, and sent a mailshot with a link to this blog post about big tech censoring women's health.

This is the same company which panders to gender woo with SM posts such as those in the attached images.

Pandering to those who are dysphoric doesn't help us drive change in female health. If anything it hampers it because it's becoming more of a minefield with every new pronoun and/or identity. We bleed because of our biology. If we don't bleed despite our biology that could be cause for concern and required medical intervention. Gender identity does not affect our body's ability to bleed.

I'm sure many of you can word it better. But it really riled me.

Trans women don’t have periods.

The menstrual cycle is still one of the most understood and under studied processes of the human body.

But now we are directing much needed funding and can’t even say it’s a women’s bodily process for people who need intense therapy?

Oh ok.

MarshmallowSwede · 29/10/2021 11:41

Didn’t even make it past the 3rd sentence of this horse shit.

Women have periods. Do they think any woman is estatic when it comes? (Unless we don’t want to be pregnant).

These are the weakest, soft as cotton people I’ve ever seen. Everything triggers them.

Everyone has blood, everyone bleeds. Not everyone has menstrual blood. It's a nonsense statement. You could write and tell them why and tell them to unsubscribe you and remove all your data from their database.
