Sorry I don't normally post on this board so hope it's the right place, but this upsets me so much. I am a mother and proud to be called a mother / mum I feel like everything about being female is being stripped away piece by piece where the voice of the few is so loud now that the voice of the many is ignored

They are not the only one. Many other Stonewall Champions - including Ofcom -have proudly removed the words ‘women’ and ‘mother’ from their policies.

It is great that Nolan is now exposing to a wider audience how so many grand institutions have just blindly done whatever Stonewall have asked them to do, without pausing to question. Heads should roll.

In glad I had my pregnancies before it became forbidden to say I was becoming a mother.

I really wonder why the people promoting this hate their mother so much that they don't want any one else to mention it at work.

I know OP, it’s horrible isn’t it?

It's despicable, OP, what the Scottish government did and how they did it. You're not alone.
