That was a really well-articulated piece. This passage particularly stood out to me.

Wow thus is another level. When will people realise that no amount of hormones or surgery allows you to change sex.
Sex is defined at birth by our chromosomes. After birth a male will never grow a cervix, uterus and ovaries and a woman will never grow testes so they will never fully achieve changing sex except by external appearance and in some function by hormone treatment.
Sure you can dress and change you external appearance to be simulate a different gender but deep inside you're just as you were born.
That's not to say we shouldn't be accepting and respectful of others gender decisions but it should not encroach on the naturally defined differences that society allows in some areas of life were segregation along sex lines allows us to feel comfortable to go to the bathroom, change, etc within the comfort of the same sex.

seeing these disgusting creeps using hormones to force lactation to wank off is truly the most vomit inducing fetish I’ve seen. I recall seeing an article or a Twitter piece about a [biologically male person] who used hormones to actually breast feed a baby. I was disturbed by the fetish and furious at any medical professionals encouraging or condoning this practice. Pity that poor sweet baby, being fed a diet of synthetic hormones so a man can get some sick orgasmic thrill out of pretending to be a woman. That anyone could view that as anything other than gross child abuse and pedophilia is beyond me

Another interesting stat on paraphilias is that about 5% (some studies even show as high as 15%) of men have at least one type of paraphilia.

Ranking by prevalence, voyeurism is top, followed by in order fetishism, exhibitionism, masochism, sadism, transvestism, then others (thankfully paedophilia ranks v low).

With transvestism (AGP) ranking in the top five paraphilias, coupled with 1 in 20 men having at least one paraphilia, statistically it's likely AGP could be found in (I'm not a statistician!) around 1 in every 100 man?? Someone else could probably work that out better than me.

The reason why it's significant that most or many men who have a paraphilia have more than one, is because if a man has AGP it's statistically likely he also gets off on exhibitionism and voyeurism (also in the top five).
It's basically a cocktail of desire to gain access to women's spaces.

There are stats on sexuality at least. The majority are heterosexual, which would largely imply autogynephilic, if we accept that most fit Blanchard's AGP and HSTS categories. (And I do).
