Because words have meanings, I read that sweatshirt as explaining that an adult human female who identifies as trans is still a female. IE recognising that transmen are females and need the protections/spaces/exemptions that all women have the right to receive.

But of course that is not at all what the trans ideologues mean.

Words have meanings, and we need to insist that the dictionary definition of 'man' and 'woman' is not offensive. I had comments deleted here and on the Times website yesterday because the moderators disapproved of my use of the word 'man'.

Anyone can mock up some t shirts or hoodies online. Doesn't mean anyone buys them. And the money goes to whoever designed them.

Whereas the Standing for Women merch raises money for protests directly. So OP if you're looking for an AHF hoodie I'd suggest you buy from them directly.

I think most women couldn't care less how people self certify as long as they aren't taking anything away from other people. There is no way I'd want my dd's (if I had any) to be forced to accept a gender changed individual into any space that is specifically for the use of women.
A local secondary school near me has it right in my opinion, they have created a mixed use toilet but in addition to not instead of exclusively male and female spaces.

Seems a bit of a home goal to me. If you believed a trans woman was a kind of woman then trans woman would be an adjective + a noun.

Or shall we be honest that if we've reached this state then for some this is now solely about grabbing everything off female humans and ensuring they have nothing? Which is adult human misogyny on crack. And nothing to do with rights or equality or inclusion or anything else justifiable at all.

I think that's getting clearer by the day.

The reviews are for the T-shirts over the whole range, so although it looks as if they've sold a lot, they probably haven't ( though there may be a spike now they've been featured here. Cheesy and Margarita might like one :) )

Unsurprising.
This is why we just have to keep using and insisting on our words. Which have understood meaning and context.
If transwomen only want to describe themselves with our words I think that's a shame really. We're not the same, and linguistic colonisation won't change that.

I'm not sure a woman who's an ally would be comfortable wearing one in case it's assumed she has transitioned herself.

I’m not at all surprised. It’s why it’s pointless conceding the use of the word ‘woman’ as a ‘gender’, as a compromise. The aim is to not allow ANY word to describe the half of the human race of the sex class that produces large gametes and gestates young.
Because any word we use for ourselves excludes men.
