Lammy… again!

Yep, indeed it does make a mockery of their pledge to protect family homes.

I don't know the ins and outs, only that the application was approved.

If they contravene their policy to allow DL to convert a house into 4 flats, then that would be a precedent for others to follow, wouldn't it? So, the policy is undermined.

So, I take it wasn't just a decision made by the planning officers. Did it go to a meeting and political Councillors got involved to suspend the policy for DL's application. I'd feel quite aggrieved if I also put in an application and it was refused. Since they suspended this policy for DL.

It's not just that he's a massive hypocrite. He's using his position as a local political influencer to gain special privileges to increase his property portfolio.

The thing I find particularly sad about David being captured is that I really thought he was one of our finest MPs. Gutted 😔

David's house being converted into flats directly contravenes Haringey's pledge to keep houses as houses for families to live in due to the shortage of affordable housing in the borough.

Just remembered he pushed for women to have to be housed alongside any male, including rapists, in prison. A place were women cannot remove herself from the dangers convicted rapists would pose.

So, he must really hate women. Or not give a sh1t about women's needs or right to safety.

There are probably many MP's and councillors as bad, and maybe worse, than DL. These men's rights activists, and stooges have inserted themselves in influential places and influenced those who are easily influenced (and happy) to disrespect women. KS happily went on TV and insulted women. DL's appearances were an exercise of particular insult when he talked about men 'probably' not growing ovaries, but could have bits every bit the same to becoming women with surgery and cross sex synthetic hormones. Yet then gets indignant when asserting that he is a black man. He knows what immutable biology is, but can't extend any respect to women's. Never mind needs and rights.

The Labour party have a high profile this week, so their insults are particularly raw as they being beamed into our homes. The perpetrators are still quite happy to do it though.

I like this idea Cailleach1. I do wish a handful of white female MPs would tell Lammy they now self id as black men so he should "calm down dear" as he's now in the majority.

So, he is saying that people (young) who carry knives do so because they don't have confidence in the state protecting them.

Women are more vulnerable to males (in any guise). Women who see what is happening have less confidence in the state's willingness to protect them. In fact there appears to be quite a few MP's like DL who apparently want to remove the few safeguards and protections women have. It also appears not just Labour Party, but also the GP, LD, WEP policy to make women more vulnerable. The Cons are in power while imprisoned women are forced to share spaces with rapists. You couldn't make it up!

DL says people are frightened and that is why young people carry knives to protect themselves. So, I wonder if DL think it would be justified for women to carry knives to protect themselves. As he appears to be pushing for less protections for women and certainly some women will be more frightened. Or will the advice for women to stay at home?

But I do think it's 11 female and only 9 black males which must feel really wierd if you expect to dominate

If we take the percentage of people who look like David lammy , then it seems David lammy look allies are way over represented in parliament

But they are the wrong sort of Black MPs. There are predominantly female, African by ancestry, and only one of them looks like David Lammy.

I'm sure I wasn't the only one to raise WRs on the doorstep. My MP always tells me I overreact, exaggerate and misunderstand the issue, but I guess his consistent and insulting suggestion that gender objectors like myself need to educate themselves, would be more appropriate to be directed to his colleague Lammy.
