The site which is taking the fees earned - does that mean money donated to date is going to Marion? Just the fees being redirected? If so would a charge back take back Marion's money too?

They are just scumbags. She's innocent till proven guilty, like everyone else. I wish JK Rowling would just give her the money. No-one should have to go through this. I think I've asked before is it possible to send cheques to her legal team. It seems like the only possible option at the moment.

If you want to hit him where it hurts just institute a chargeback on the grounds that the money isn't going to where it was supposed to. He should get a £25 charge for each one applied for.

Did I read on the twitter thread that the crowdfunder platform is taking their fees and giving them to a trans org? Surely if they are not supplying the service they have no right to do that?
It’s the fees from the card processing I think.

The platform may be on a sticky wicket legally with their tweets. Scumbags.
