Someody help me.

I know I am not going mad, I just heard this on Radio2 news.

CPS leaves Stnewall, the legality of its advice having been questioned.

But I can't find it being reported anywhere, Google has let me down!

Anyone else hear it?

Anyone find confirmation elsewhere?

Or - what did I mishear?

I know, it's un-fucking-believable, whoever signed up to this on behalf of the CPS and swallowed that incorrect legal advice should be sacked.

It does seem like JRs whether successful or not, seem to focus minds. It's just a shame that women have to spend £££££ to make that happen.

It took a 14 year old girl asking for a Judicial Review to focus minds, reprehensible.

Note the usual Stonewall everything is fine, nothing to see here bullshit in that thread.
