Guardian interview with Angelina Jolie refers to "her son Shiloh"

This is getting ridiculous. In an interview several years ago Angelina or Brad told an anecdote about their daughter (who was maybe 3 or 4) asking to be called John. This, coupled with her preference for boys clothes, convinced certain TRAs that she was trans. Apparently so much so that Simon Hattenstone in the Guardian thinks she's now a boy!

Though misgendering a person who hasn’t explicitly stated they are male is a bit off, but this is the guardian and they’re all cool and hip and do what they want regardless of what the real world thinks.

If you check the article it currently says:

Faced with the inevitability of being papped when their daughter Shiloh was born in 2006, Jolie and Pitt auctioned off the photoshoot to People magazine in the US and Hello! in Britain for $7.6m.

Even The Guardian will sometimes prioritise "right-gendering" over promoting trans activism, at least today and for this article.

They've changed it already. It now says 'daughter'.

Well angelina has said before that Shiloh wants to be a boy and has explored gender non conformity for many years. Unsure why you’re placing the blame on TRA’s for this, it’s a situation angelina and Brad have spoken publicly about more than once over the last 10 years.
