As for 'no Scottish Law to say men can't use girls toilets' that is standard TRA mantra yet on what bases are single sex toilets provided in the first place? Are they saying all single sex spaces are actually mixed sex? ANY boy can go into the girls changing rooms?

I thought there were laws around toilets provision in schools?

At 4 they are still learning how to apply pronouns. It just makes language meaningless. If a girl/women can be referred to as he/him and a man she/her then which do you use? And how do they keep safe if they cannot name what they see?

I read that one of the Mitford girls believed she was a donkey for much of her childhood. All perfect normal. She eventually grew out of it.

The comments though...

I think the best way to deal with this latest utter nonsense from the SNP administration is to wholeheartedly embrace it.
All Scots should take their 4 year olds to school and sternly insist to the teachers that they identify as dinosaurs, unicorns, dogs, whatever, and then pick the most ridiculous and unpronounceable pronouns to be used at all times. Let’s show this idiocy up for what it is.

How can they choose something that’s so nebulous and at such a young age? They don’t understand anything about it. My DS wants to be a mummy when he grows up - because he likes to copy me and is fascinated by the whole ‘you grew in my tummy’ thing. He also wants to fly.

How will we explain ‘gender’ to a 4 yr old because from what I can see it’s all about the clothes and toy preferences 🙄 That’s giving children the idea that if they don’t conform to stereotypes they must be ‘trans’.

My children are told that they can wear, do, play with whatever they like irrespective of their sex. Why on Earth would anyone want to promote regressive stereotypes and an incoherent ideology to children?

Ducking hell 🤬

My 4 year old son says he's a girl. He also says he's Elsa, a cat, a hedgehog, a Rainbow Ranger, Indominous Rex, and our neighbour's golden Labrador. Perhaps when he starts school I should request a kennel for him.
