I know TRAs are very strong on believing transwomen are women, but here it's just bizarre... do they honestly think Chris Chan is female? From Chris Chan's own history, it seems they didn't start identifying as female until quite late on, and then it was part of the desperate quest to get a girlfriend.

Honestly I despair.

I've had men at work this week handing away my rights, literally saying "I don't have a problem with them sharing your changing rooms" and citing "transcop" on twitter as a great example of non predatory transwomen. I'm so tired of all of this!!

He came across as desperate for a girlfriend and very socially awkward around women, which could have been a red flag, but it’s not exactly uncommon.

My years of lurking at a certain fruit gardening archival site left me convinced that JY would end up with these charges first. I thought Chris was just a huge Pokémon weirdo.

(I’d be grateful if anyone has an Ovarit code they’d be willing to PM me. I’m not a facebooked/twitterer)

I didn’t realise that this person was such a known ‘character’ before all this. I assume there weee warning signs which were ignored?
I became aware of the guy years ago, and he was basically seen as a harmless weirdo. I haven’t followed all the ups and downs of his life, which are well documented, but I don’t think there was anything that indicated he’d do… this. He came across as desperate for a girlfriend and very socially awkward around women, which could have been a red flag, but it’s not exactly uncommon.

The press release when he was transferred to a different county jail (he was arrested in a different county from where the crime was committed) used male pronouns.

The authorities are well aware of how many eyes are watching this. It wasn’t an accidental misgendering… I hope.

@NiceGerbil I mean, I think the TRAs finding pronouns more important than raping an elderly lady with dementia is a bit beyond the pale. Then there's the debate about whether it's incest or not because the rapist identifies as a woman? Seriously?

Such utterly despicable attitudes; deeply disturbing. What the HELL is wrong with these people.

That was a truly heinous crime that HE committed. This was a male crime, committed by a man, against a completely defenceless woman.

Ah yes the misgendering is far more important than anything else.

No, it is not misgendering it is correctly sexing and as believing that sex is immutable and unchangeable is protected under UK Law I shall continue to correctly sex human beings.
