Another awesome song from Francis Aaron. This one is incredibly heavy on details, but it works well.

The gender doctrine is by now an NRM – a new religious movement. In other words a full-blown cult. It preys on the vulnerable and those with some sort of unresolved emotional issue. It regulates their physical reality as most cults do.

He has posted a detailed account of the background and research that inspired and informed his song. I'm impressed that he has really taken the effort to understand the issues and that shows in the lyrics. Plus feminists get a respectful acknowledgement which makes him a good 'un in my books.

I could see that being powerful if watched by those who are blindly following the TRAs.

I agree with someone upthread, that it’s good it was written and performed by a man. Which is also depressing at the same time.

It's such a great video. I was brave and showed it to my teen to try and chip away at their worrying gender ideology beliefs. They seemed to take it in and said they'd think about it.

I remember his first one last year and thinking it was great but that it got one thing back to front: it said something like “gender is a social construct” with derision, when of course gender is a social construct. It meant, of course, that the wilder extremities of gender ideology argue that sex is a social construct and gender is innate.

However, this new clownfish one is so absolutely accurate in every single line. It’s all there.

Interesting that he has managed not to get banned from YouTube though.
