I think she’s been charged by the police and bailed to appear in Glasgow sheriff court on a date in July.

If that’s correct, then at that point she’ll enter a plea and a date will be fixed for a trial.

I'm confused by this too. My understanding was that the police passed it on to the PF, who decided whether to pursue. But I thought there was already a court date set prior to going to the PF?
