Deep down I always knew I was Danish. Especially when I read those surveys about them being no 1 for quality of life. Looking forward to my world class housing, health and free public transport. I've always loved seafood and Carlsberg. It's wonderful to finally live as my authentic self!

Come on people, it's all quite simple:
Pretending you are a different sex (or that you 'don't have a binary gender') = stunning and brave
Pretending you are a different race = cowardly and racist

I know that's right, but I cannot remember the reason. I'm sure one of our lurkers will be along to explain how simple it is.

Oh I've just been reading all of this (late to the party) and it's absolutely crazy! He seems like an overindulged rich kid and the people who are offended by his new found nationality are just not getting how ridiculous and Hypocritical they sound!!

I reckon he is going to be one messed up person as he gets older.

If a man can become a woman. A woman can become a man. Then why cannot someone become Korean? I support the right for everyone to choose who they are and be who they were born to be. So WOKE people-don’t be hypocritical & preach about one thing but reject someone who is Korean.

Good on Oli. He went there. He told them exactly how it is. He really did.

They are refusing to see it. Their minds must be melting by now.

It reminds me of a YouTube video I saw where a man asks a load of people if he can identify as a woman if he wants. They all say yes. Then he asks if he can identify as 6foot tall and they say yes, even though he isn't. He asks about IDing as a child, a Chinese person. They get progressively less sure that yes he can self ID as something he isn't, but of course if they say 'no' then he'd question why he can claim to be a woman. I think by the end he basically gets them to agree that he's a 6ft tall, 7 year old Chinese girl.

Of course you can change nationality if you go through the right process but you can’t change race so if Oli has a Korean passport good luck to him but if he thinks he’s Korean in race terms then he’s not

because you can't become a nationality through sheer wishing. that's not how naturalisation of citizens work, anywhere, ever.

I had to pledge alliance to the Queen in a courtroom (eek) after applying for a British citizenship with various documents and having a solid reason.

and no, you will not become a woman because you think you are or feel like one (whatever either of those things even mean)
