Did anyone see the video where Silverman bashes Caitlyn Jenner for saying transgirls should not compete in girls' competitions?

Some nuggets:

It is all about the trans community. The fact that this impacts woman is not entertained for even a split second. Additionally, the now standard "learned" is used a lot. Obviously the only way to disagree with gender ideology is by being 'uneducated'. This is very asinine framing.

I was disappointed over this. I thought Sarah Silverman had a grasp on the realities of biological sex.

Also I'm intrigued by the Sky news woman - is that on mainstream broadcast news? I thought Britain was meant to be Terf Island but I've never see anything like that on TV here.
There are actually a number of Australian news commentators that lay the crazy dissonance out in very plain language. they do seem to be on sky news though.

She's Australian. I saw her report on a university protest about a GC professor and she was excellent in that too. Love her.

So she has listened to trans people to 'do better' (alongside 'educate yourself' these are my two most hates expressions)? Obviously only the 'right' ones. The ones I see on twitter are telling her that she is being a fool.

Still she is coming across as so stupid that it's probably not helping the ideology much. "You're a WOMAN, right???" will just make a lot of people think, well, no... Even if they think CJ is a woman for social and identity purposes, they will understand why there's an issue with sports.

That's weird because Silverman used to (many years ago) be SO acerbically feminist and perceptive – I was sure when I saw this thread title it would be about her being GC.

I hate, HATE that thing that people do - tbf it can be any argument, but gederists do it a lot – where instead of presenting an argument or explanation they do that "OMG, I can't even" head shaking and face-pulling, to show how silly the view they're challenging is.

That's not an argument! It's just plain old sneering. Does my head in!
