To answer your first set of questions- no idea. A few people on Twitter had a stab at trying to work out what she was on about (and are probably now in a dark room with a wet towel over their foreheads)

By "perceived girls" did she mean children who are "perceived" to be girls, because they have vulvas, but really identify as boys?

Is anyone else blocked on Twitter by FWS? I am, despite the fact that I only follow and have never actually tweeted, I can only assume I've been added to an automatic block list for following the SNP/Nicola Sturgeon's accounts over there.

It may be nothing to do with who else you follow. If someone who has never tweeted follows me I mostly ignore, but occasionally block on the grounds it’s possible it’s a transactivist monitoring for potential reportable posts. I should imagine that’s more of a problem for FWS.

I don't know if she meant a male child who ppl think is female?? A female child would so obviously be covered by the laws.

Confused oh but.... says the clever person, I'd class that as something completely different (to get the inconvenient bit out of the way of my agenda) so look, it can still be a mixed sex issue!

Main issue here: the absolute necessity to centre male born people in this as the most affected women. Everything else (notably all the female born people) second. Sexism on crack and in total denial.
