He has just been told to apologize for his dodgy behaviour and doesn't mean "talk" "peer reviewed" "gender" "debate" or "sexuality" in the same way the rest of us do.
Just watch his speech in parliament only a handful of days ago for context.

I almost feel sorry for him.

Also, maybe the run of GC success is what's causing a bit of reverse ferreting. Or perhaps the high chance he will lose his position on the Women and Equalities Committee. He deserves my full attention, I'll be watching closely
