for IWD Scottish women have been stickering and beribboning across the land - see twitter. All the way to John O Groats #womenwontwheesht

PankhurstTastic · 09/03/2021 09:41

Come on the Edinburgh feminist massive! I suggest targeting John Knox next, he deserves it.

JustTurtlesAllTheWayDown · 09/03/2021 09:33

Ah, I see there were some more stickers and posters and not just that one, but I'd still like to know where the slur is.

JustTurtlesAllTheWayDown · 09/03/2021 09:30

As an aside, I'm also curious to know where it might be possible to get such stickers.

JustTurtlesAllTheWayDown · 09/03/2021 09:29

@ItsAllGoingToBeFine

So amused by Christina McKelvie MSP:

On #IWD2021 thanks to the eegits who vandalised the building my office is in, I’m on sick leave so my female office manager had to report to the police & the female cleaning staff had to clean off the slurs etc. This is not feminism! I do hope the CCTV has captured images.

I'm fairly certain the female cleaning staff would have wholeheartedly agreed with the stickers

I'm deeply curious to know exactly which part of "Women's rights are not a hate crime" is the slur. I'm assuming this came from twitter. I'm hoping someone who's still on there will ask her to elaborate.

PurpleHoodie · 09/03/2021 09:27

I keep looking at the picture.

Sooooo cute in its wee coat 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

PurpleHoodie · 09/03/2021 09:25

Perhaps Christine should muse on the fact that her cleaning staff are all female and what that might say about systemic sexism and sex pay gaps.

Aye.

Is that for real, an MSP called the police over a couple of stickers & a ribbon?

NecessaryScene1 · 09/03/2021 08:57

That is very, very, very Woke.

"Don't be mean to me! I've got female staff!"

Iamhangingin · 09/03/2021 08:49

Are those the suffrage colours in the blanket? Very cute (and it's chilly today I'm sure Bobby appreciates it!)

EdinburghFeminist · 09/03/2021 08:43

Love it!

SunsetBeetch · 09/03/2021 08:36

That's excellent! And what a lovely teeny blanket too.
