The Judge has to lay out all the evidence he heard and refer to it all, and set out all his reasoning. If he doesn't then either side could appeal him

I know, but it's be great if he could do that after the judgement....

The Judge has to lay out all the evidence he heard and refer to it all, and set out all his reasoning. If he doesn't then either side could appeal him . There are good reasons why this is taking a long time, but boy is it tense!

I am more hopeful. I think he is saying that the ONS should ask for sex. It’s not a breach of a trans persons human rights.
