It's the time of the year for lists and retrospectives, so let's compile our FWR Women of the Year.

Suggested guidelines (not rules):
No fictional women
Women valued for something more than appearance or entertainment value
Can (should?) include women who we don't all agree with or necessarily admire.

Jane Clare Jones for starting The Radical Notion, which is looking like a great magazine

Tulsi Gabbard
Senator Claire Chandler
Liz Truss
Joan McAlpine
Joanna Cherry

All of the above but I would also like to add Kate Scottow. The judgement of her appeal is going to be important for any future cases.
Plus she really makes me laugh!

Entertainers

Dolly Parton
Alison Moyet

Erm.....

ErrolTheDragon · 20/12/2020 10:41

Women senior politicians - this is a section of 'don't agree with them all on everything' but they're important on the world stage.

Angela Merkel
Kamala Harris
Jacinda Arden
