No idea how I managed to stumble across this article but this is how they are describing women:

"A person who has a vulva can become pregnant only during ovulation"

A person with a vulva. Well isn't that lovely

Out of the medical context, this language is also obscene as well as offensive. You can't go around referring to people by their genitals.

Well, at least they are even-handed : 'some people with a penis', 'After the partner with a penis ejaculates
