Consultancy is just the new IT, no?

You cant really blame them for doing this when some imbeciles going to pay them.

Pulled a blinder really Grin

MonsignorMirth · 24/08/2021 18:04

I should've made it clearer, but this thread is from last year when the position was advertised. Just wondered if there was any update since.

Wandawide · 24/08/2021 17:57

We can prove we have been here for 400 years. Will this do?

At least its before the German Georges and most of the Royal Family.

irresistibleoverwhelm · 24/08/2021 17:33

I think a poster on another thread last night can help, she has concluded that there are only three thousand “committed gender criticals” currently active in the UK grin that should just about wrap up this piece of research.

I’d better tell my mum that she personally knows most of the “gender criticals” in the U.K.! Either that, or there are only three thousand women over the age of 45 in the country, because I’ve never met a woman over 45 yet who doesn’t think TRA genderwoo is all a load of utter bollocks.

Congressdingo · 24/08/2021 16:42

Dear wonderful women of Mumsnet: Should we all jointly apply for this? Form a committee of some kind, I'm sure we can cover all bases mentioned? Or are we not allowed to break the 4th wall

Ooh how about we all apply separately but we all also ask for job sharing?

And I identify as indigenous even though my mum was Irish, my dad Belgian and my grandparents Russian, so I'm sure self id ing as a celt will be no problem.

Jaysmith71 · 24/08/2021 16:12

"Any research Yet"

So far, they have discovered that we drive on the wrong side of the raod, eat our pizzas with a knife and fork, and set fire to gay men and put them in our mouths....

I am glad that this thread got bumped, for the joke about being “cherry-pict” (hat tip Grin ) and the copy of the TQ toddler pic, which I’ve been trying to find for ages and couldn’t.

MrsOvertonsWindow · 24/08/2021 15:47

Well for a movement that consists of 4 women all funded by right wing American extremists, we certainly garner a lot of attention. Grin

PamDenick · 24/08/2021 14:34

I drive snd DH cooks. Does that mean I’m a man trapped in a menopausal body ? And that he is a woman trapped on a very bearded body??

PamDenick · 24/08/2021 14:32

I’m anti-gender!!!! Come and investigate me!

Jaysmith71 · 24/08/2021 14:26

A US Court has ruled that the Spanish are not Hispanic.

MonsignorMirth · 24/08/2021 13:57

Anyone know if this research has gone ahead? Can't see that anything's been published yet.

@ErrolTheDragon - re Latinx credentials - it would help me if said shipwrecked person didn't have a Dutch name ( he was a mercenary wasn't he? Probably? ) Ah well I am sure he identified as Spanish whilst he was doing it - so I claim my £5 & place on the list of respondents. Grin

In any case, I don't think the US woke quite get their heads around the normality of multi-generational mixed race coupledom in the UK. As this thread shows even as far back as Neanderthals. The idea of race as fixed and inextricably linked to social class is not so strong in Europe. They don't get it. Their failure to edit their valid oppression list shows it.

Yes.

Apollo440 · 02/11/2020 01:26

Anyone who believes TWAW won't have any analytical skills worth speaking of. But thanks to Dunning Kruger they won't realise that. And probably those employing them won't realise it too.

ErrolTheDragon · 01/11/2020 23:26
@Needmoresleep - I too have shipwrecked Armada DNA in the mix .

My credentials are in tatters.
That gives you solid Latinx credentials, doesn't it?

BlackeyedSusan · 01/11/2020 23:15

Beaker people were immigrants with their decorated clay vessels...
Why do deaf people get a special call out? No pun intended.

I think because whoever wrote the ad is making a reference to this distinction:

www.bbc.co.uk/ouch/opinion/d_or_d_whos_deaf_and_whos_deaf.shtml
But why people with a hearing disability or who want to be part of the Deaf community as opposed to people with sight or speech impairment who don't get a special mention?

FloralBunting · 01/11/2020 22:25

Beakerphobes!

We're about to be investigated
LangClegsInSpace · 01/11/2020 22:22

I can hardly believe that on MN of all sites, so little regard is given to the Beaker People Angry

Do better.

Oh and "color" is spelt "colour" in the UK.

DidoLamenting · 01/11/2020 20:57

@PostItJoyWeek

Why are intersex people on the list at all.

Oooh, I hope someone with a DSD applies. Very hard for them to say no. Maybe Claire Graham? She ticks the boxes of skills, experience and having a DSD.

Baroness Emma Nicholson can apply as she has a hearing disability.
