I suspect DrH (and his golfing pal) are considered more of an embarrassment than an asset to some of the 'monitors' nowadays. So maybe no one has reported the thread. I'm not sure it breaks any guidelines?
If it has been reported then I guess MNHQ has no problem with taking the piss out of pompous misogynists, as I suggested earlier.
