Given she was one of the speakers at the Edinburgh University women's event, which was violently protested for daring to platform gender critical women (someone tried to assault Julie Bindel) and that she attended FiLia, I think she is well aware of the ways in which women are being silenced right now, and is not on board with it.
An interview. And another, which doesn't at all sound dismissive of Mumsnetters - in fact she comments that someone asked if anyone could speak Farsi on one thread, and within an hour, a poster provided a translation.
This woman is a genuine feminist. No clue what her own position is re. women's rights where gender identity is concerned, but she is certainly wholly committed to letting women speak, and aware of the demeaning way our views, and hers, are so readily dismissed.
