Just got the email and trying to decide which option to go for, anyone else?

OP posts:
IheartJKR · 18/10/2020 10:23

I bought 45 and am looking forward to the Art

IheartJKR · 18/10/2020 10:06

I’m very excited about this Star

Escapeplanning · 18/10/2020 09:51

I'm buying a surprise subscription for my niece. She's a feminist but somehow thinks that JKRowling should shut up as older women don't really understand.

I spend a lot of time talking to her about her career and she really understands that learning from experienced people is vital, but apparently experienced people are less knowledgeable about this subject.

I'm sure the Radical Notion will provide enlightenment.

ValancyRedfern · 18/10/2020 09:47

Just subscribed with the £34 option. Excited!!

Sparkyduchess · 18/10/2020 09:18

45 subscription here, very excited!

talkingdeadscot · 18/10/2020 08:47

puddlemuddles Nope, but tbh, so many people have fallen that nothing would surprise me!

thinkingaboutLangCleg · 17/10/2020 22:04

I’ve taken out a £34 subscription. Like Scout2016, I’m using money saved since I gave up buying The Guardian.

Kenworthington · 17/10/2020 21:59

£45 subscription here. Looking forward to it

JoodyBlue · 17/10/2020 21:57

I'm in

Cumbersome · 17/10/2020 21:10

I've bunged them £100. All the money I'm saving on work clothes, coffees, petrol etc is now going to (radical) feminist causes.

puddlemuddles · 17/10/2020 21:05

@talkingdeadscot

I'm in. Please, please don't disappoint me later on down the line. If you stay true to radical feminism I'll be loyal, if you dilute to appeal to advertisers et al then I'll be off. I don't ask for much Grin
I think we're safe!

I can't see Jane Clare Jones compromising her feminist principles for money, can you?! She'd have to have a personality transplant first!

Have just subscribed, first edition to be sent on Halloween. Looking forward to it, and to the artwork too.

Smellbellina · 10/10/2020 21:53

I really love the post card idea.

Welcome. 😁 For those of us that aren’t currently able to subscribe, do you think it would be possible to post the odd shortened version of topics or links to other things online that would be of interest? I do intend to subscribe but like many COVID has screwed me over.
TheRadicalNotion · 08/10/2020 21:14
@TheRadicalNotion have you thought of producing postcards of the artwork?

I don't have room for posters but I am very fond of sending a postcard to make a point.
This could be something we do in the future. Thanks for the suggestion.

Mollyollydolly · 08/10/2020 18:21

Signed up to £45 - I'm quite tight but really want it to succeed!

Catmaiden · 08/10/2020 17:49

Signed up, really excited about it

Igmum · 08/10/2020 15:46

Thanks Mumsnetters, I'd not heard of this but have signed up and handed over my £45. Very excited to see women prioritised. It's like being there at the start of the Virago press!

chilling19 · 08/10/2020 15:36

Signed up to £45 option. Can't wait!

FlippinFumin · 08/10/2020 14:25

Standard for me too as still reduced hours at work. But we will see how things go for renewing next year. Really looking forward to Halloween.

Scout2016 · 08/10/2020 13:34

Just the big standard £34 subscription here. Will replace the Saturday guardian I don't buy any more.

HuckfromScandal · 08/10/2020 12:16

I am just working out finances,
If I can afford it - I am going for the £100 option.
