I don't think this is a share token. Still haven't mastered the art.

You surely can’t make a diagnosis over the phone? Good lord above, whatever happened to professional ethics?

I just posted this on the other thread.

Previous threads about the Webberleys. Clear Chemist named Helen Webberley as the doctor in charge of prescribing even after her suspension (see screenshots on the first link):

I made a complaint to the regulator about Clear Chemist at the time, but heard nothing back. It seems you have to be a journalist with a national newspaper in order for them to actually take any notice of complaints and concerns.

So these are prescription drugs? That anyone can buy online, ‘no questions’?

They are ordered through gender gp, who provide on line consultations.

According to their website the only consultation that is mandatory is 'information gathering', both counselling and follow up consultations are optional.

You have to jump through more hoops to adopt a dog from the rspca.

So, this woman has been suspended by the GMC a few years ago but is still allowed to practice abroad?

Eh?

How come the GMC hasn't just struck her off on account of being a danger and acting beyond her scope of practice?

Cuntysnark · 06/10/2020 10:31

The comments are heartening.

Hey maybe Brexit will be good for one thing then?

FindTheTruth · 06/10/2020 10:26

So Wobberly has wriggled out of being banned by the General Medical Council to prescribe puberty blockers to children using her base in Spain and UK Chemists.

Time to BAN UK chemists handing out drugs to children in non UK issued prescriptions, especially by banned Doctors

So these are prescription drugs? That anyone can buy online, ‘no questions’?

On a day that we see 4 students dead after taking drunks at uni and over a dozen school children taken to hospital after eating ‘sweets’ (cannabis) how on earth can this be ok?

FloralBunting · 06/10/2020 09:58

Nice, clear, factual article.

Wriggle away, Wobberly. You will be stopped.

Malahaha · 06/10/2020 09:47

Clear Chemist in Liverpool can deliver the drugs thanks to a loophole allowing the dispensing of prescriptions from Switzerland or a European Economic Area country. The prescriptions are from GenderGP, a private company founded by Helen Webberley, who was fined in 2018 for running an unlicensed transgender clinic from her home in south Wales. She was suspended by the General Medical Council.

The Times are doing a great job covering this.
