@NecessaryScene1

Those Frenchies. They just can't help going all fancy art house, can they? I can smell the mise-en-scène from here (or is it garlic...)

I feel all scruffy and English just looking at that.

Grin

Not really living up to the "conservative and middle aged" stereotyoe there, are they?

Actually I think the Americans have done it all wrong. Surely if it's taken down they get their money back
I ❤️ JKR

highame · 22/09/2020 07:28

All we ever need was a simple idea to focus on. Well done Posie Parker (she is really bright isn't she) for the idea and thank JKR for the loan of your name Flowers

PaleBlueMoonlight · 22/09/2020 07:21

Blooming wonderful. I want to ask my SF friend about this but am scared of what they might say!

SunsetBeetch · 22/09/2020 07:19

Brilliant. Posie does I ❤ JK Rowling stickers too, doesn't she? Hmmmmn....

Siablue · 22/09/2020 07:16

It looks like it is still up. Grin The anonymous Silicon Valley executive is interesting too. I can see why they would stay anonymous in that context but it makes you wonder if there are more of them.

It's genius isn't it? We need stickers and posters and light boxes. Because we all.love her books yeah? But we also know damned well what else we mean. This could be a great movement that can't be silenced because after all, we're just Harry Potter fans aren't we? Wonderful.

Childrenofthestones · 21/09/2020 23:33

San Francisco ? They are all too busy looking down on the sidewalk dodging the human shit and needles to see any posters.

Thank you to our anonymous Silicon Valley exec for your generous contribution.
Thank you also to the dozens of Canadians who helped out with small contributions.

Or maybe I am spreading malicious rumours to start an all tech ‘mole witch hunt!!’

Either way, hope this one stays up longer.

FannyCann · 21/09/2020 22:07

Silicon Valley donor?? They'll want to keep that secret! A mole in Twitter worried about the cancelling of women? 🤔😂

Winesalot · 21/09/2020 21:54

It’s marvelously bright! I think that Chris Elston tweeted that this time there was a Silicon Valley donor. So perhaps, others will pop up soon too.

littlbrowndog · 21/09/2020 21:08

🥂🥂🙌🏽🙌🏽

Redshoeblueshoe · 21/09/2020 21:06

Well it's been up 12 hours. Is that a record ?

ArabellaScott · 21/09/2020 20:46

Brilliant. I love how it's popping up in different cities.

Allourboys · 21/09/2020 20:43

Just seen it on Baroness Nicholson’s Twitter. Bloody marvellous!
