They're also saying that a penis is female genitalia.

Interestingly though on their page of play doh penis pictures to show how the penis comes in all shapes and sizes there isn’t a vulva picture.

Can’t think why not?

They seem to be saying that 'womanhood' is defined by something other than one's body.

The one on the left is wearing the transgender flag.
The one on the right is wearing the Australian aboriginal flag.
It looks like the one in the middles striped shorts might be meant to be some flag but not sure which one.

It does! In everyway! Adult - the age of your body. Human - what species you are, again determined by body type. Female - which sex you are, again: body type!
