Yeah the Lebanon stuff was a bit silly, really, and risks boring people completely for the sake of a joke. It's complicated, true, but so are lots of political and ideological movements and I don't think it's uniquely complex. Also don't think there's anything to be gained by drawing a parallel to a war.

To be fair, it's only a few minutes of a very long and otherwise excellent breakdown of what's going on. The bit where they show who is on which side was very clearly done and I thought very powerful. I hope it doesn't get taken down!

Part 12 is still there! I’ve watched up to part 5 so far. It’s good. Slightly lost me with Lebanon at the beginning but I’m enjoying. Watching the full thing later.

Also they have a bit of information about who they are, without giving anything away!

Just skipped/skimmed through it, will watch properly when I have more time. Very comprehensive and handily divided into chapters on different sub topics. The last couple of minutes were pretty moving.

No but does it matter? A documentary is usually cobbled together with pre existing footage and some commentary.

Just in case anyone does know who they are, let's not give a head start to the monitors.

Anyone know who The State Media are? I've never heard of them. Most of the footage in this seems to come from pre-existing tv show footage.

Their website has this type of stuff on their About page;

"If you want to criticise us, complain, try and take us down, moan, whinge or cry about something we’ve said, why not write it all down and post it to yourself."

I doubt they'll get into 'a lot of trouble' if only 200 people are following them on Twitter. Looks like one of these anti-vaxx/5G conspiracy type rushed-together jobs.

Saying that you think sex exists opens you up to months and months of relentless rape and death rates, and can get you fired.

But a film which not only puts that all together, but shows Speakers Corner, Yaniv, the statistics, The interviews, Piers Morgan, Posie, etc, won't have an effect??

Oh I don’t think they’re anything like anti-vaccines/5G. After all, those people believe in fake science and believe you’re out to get them, if you don’t agree with their weird fantasies. I really think these people are nothing like weird theorists. I’m looking forward to watching this. Anyway, no one starts with followers, so I’d say they’ll get a big jump in followers and likes, if twitter doesn’t start messing around with the numbers again.

Having already lost the previous case and been ordered to pay the 2000 each

Oh and had a crowd funder taken down which was supposedly fir fire/water damage to someone else's flat
