If the GRA goes through is anyone planning on changing their gender?

I mean, if I legally change my gender I don't have to do anything else do I? Still dress and call myself whatever I want? I hope an 18% pay rise will be coming my way though.

Yes, we absolutely would be able to come under the hate crime legislation. I’m going for it. I’ll get extra rights, what’s not to like?

Nothing, I believe. I have absolutely no intention making any changes on how I dress either.

I wonder, if I then committed a crime, would I be sent to a male prison?
If I had another baby, would I be the father?

Good point about cat calling and street harrassment. Would I then be able to complain to the police and have it counted as a hate crime?

Kex - trousers in some parts of the UK.

But men can wear dresses so kex not an issue.

There was an interesting comment of one of Allison Hammond’s Twitter posts. Not her but someone commenting on the 200 genders and stating something I can completely get onboard with.

There are 7.8 billion genders as we all experience our mix of masculine and feminine traits differently.

Or possibly gender is a made up social construct.

I have no idea what my gender is. (The quiz which featured on her a while ago had me 8% female - despite my love of make-up, high heels and dresses.)

I do know what my sex is.

It would be interesting to see if they put me on the men's psychiatric ward for my next stint. I don't think they'd risk it.

If we self identified as men, would we be able to get future incidents of sexual harassment, assault, cat calling, abuse etc categorised as hate crimes?

Does anyone else look at all this and just think "we'll fuck me, this generation rally have nothing better to do". Can you really imagine the generation that fought either world war had the time to fuck about with "fractal gender" and other such bullshit. These people need something to occupy themselves with.

The thing is, this seems to be being pushed to the extent that gender atheism is not recognised and they'd like it to be illegal. I don't want to play this game either, but if a woman does nothing, it is assumed she is a "cis woman" which is extremely offensive as well as plain inaccurate.

I think that makes you Agender Cwenthryh. There is no escaping the umbrella, we are all rainbow coloured whether we like it or not.
Nope..... in my philosophy, agender would be analogous to agnostic - whereas I would be gender atheist. It’s not for me.

LGB and fetish have no more in common than heterosexuality and fetish. Anyway, I thought that being a 'vagina fetishist' AKA homosexual female, was the most trans exclusionary thing EVER. Or is it now OK?

I don’t think I actually have one. I was always the awkward kid who never wanted to do what everyone else was doing - so I’m pretty contrary for the hell of it. Is that an option? Obviously my sexy is female.

I’m trying to imagine RL scenarios in my own life where it would benefit me to be legally recognised as a man. Any suggestions? I earn minimum wage- as do the men in my role- so no benefit there.

Have they not been asked a million times not to use them in this way?

Lamaha - I think this organisation are the partners of Thames Valley Police. Obviously an amazing place to live as the police have solved all the crime and are now contemplating the flags of the 371genders.
I’d advise not looking at their Political (??) and Fetish section Shock
Question, the BBC think there are only 100 genders - who has authority for identifying, defining and making a flag for the genders? How do they account for the disparity in numbers - do the 271 genders that the BBC feel left out?
