I think we will see more and more like this, as the newer cohort of toy designers, who have been brainwashed with the Koolaid and seem to know no boundaries and no concept of safeguarding or appropriate behaviour around kids, are more involved in making toys. The same people who think kids and the current kinkfest of pride is A-OK

Im not sure if you are aware but diaper fetishes is a huge kink, esp among furries (people who make art featuring highly sexualised animals.) We have been so slowly acclimatised that most people genuinely cant see what is wrong with these toys

Water messages or not, these dolls are seriously odd. I wouldn't give one to any child. There are plenty of inoffensive toys out there.

I’ve always felt uncomfortable with them. I thought they were aimed at 8 year olds but DD’s pre-school friends had them.

I saw it, but it was a photo not a video. It's possible that it was a troll jumping in to capitalise on the situation with a pizza slice that was drawn on to a doll. Lot of work for a troll but I guess it could be paid disinformation - the Pizzagate conspiracists are clearly useful to someone.

The pizza slice seems unlikely to me too.

On the snopes page, the one with the BDSM type outfit is obviously drawn on with marker pen. It has that crappy faded look.

No idea if it was real or not,but the comments made me really uncomfortable.

It’s so hard to know what’s fake news, and whats real, and the speculation wastes time and will make us doubt a real story when it hits - bit like the boy who cried wolf - but maybe that’s the point.

This is kinda icky.

I've checked all of DDs and none have sexy undies or devil tails, some do change colours, their hair, freckles appear, they may change legging colours or get a one piece swimsuit but nothing overtly sexy.

It's very much advertised on the packaging that they may change colour in hot or cold water or they may spit, cry or wee when dunked. It's part of the 'surprise' in the LOL surprise.

I don't love the things, they are an environmental disaster and ugly little buggers but DD and all her friends think they're brilliant and DD will play with hers for ages, dressing them up and acting out trips away with them in her Playmobil plane or moving them around her dolls house.

Which admittedly, has a large cross over zone in terms of looks...

I think they are going more for Little Mix stage outfits than BDSM orgy, to be honest.
