Gender identity is not a 'protected characteristic'

Sex is. Gender Reassignment is.

Women and transwomen do not share a protected characteristic. BUT sex is being ignored in favour of 'gender identity'

I think we are in serious trouble.

The statement that women are raped because they are female is discriminatory. First, your sex doesn’t cause rape. Second, males are also raped.

This is silly. Obviously women are raped for their sex. (Just as a male is assaulted for his body, when that happens). That a predator chooses his victim based on the victim‘s sexed body isn‘t contoversial ffs.
