Joking aside, historically wars often filled exactly this function... Unfortunately a lot of nice men tended to get killed in the process too, and the knock on effects on the civilian populations - including women and children - tended to be disastrous.

I house shared with a man who turned out to be an incel (and turned the other man in that direction, too).

I tend to be very put off by macho types and I'd still rather have a Viking than an incel in that at least the Viking might have some sort of skill and thus be useful to have about the place. Wouldn't really consider shouting at people on a Discord server about how women are evil while gaming a useful skill...

It would make more sense for a woman in that situation to hire someone to do childcare that they wouldn't have to negotiate with.

I wonder why, as a society, we are not raising more decent, competent men who then would have no trouble attracting a partner. Instead it seems we have too many porn addicted gamers with little respect for themselves and no respect at all for women. No surprise no woman wants them. Cos they is yukky.

Well if I look at my sexual history it was the men who were selfish in bed who also didn't have lasting sexual relationships. Too many men think that the sex is over when they come. Maybe they should start being a better shag.
