You're all asking them the question that they can't answer because the is no good, clear, testable and independently verifiable answer, which is "how does one differentiate a transwoman from a c*s man?".

The answer is "because the transwoman says they're different", and it has begun to dawn on even the most ardent true believers that perhaps this is not an answer the general public is willing to accept.

If your intention is to protect rights, you need language to define the people whose rights need protection, and analysis and data to explain why.

The ideology promoted by TRAs erases the people previously defined as trans as much as it erases women.

Makes no sense that they keep ignoring this. Transwomen have to use the womens areas because male violence from random males. Yet, the 'solution' is to just allow random males into the womens area, thus the men the TW was scared of in the first place can now just follow them in. Logic fail really. Unless, of course, its not about protecting transwomen, but about something else..hmm..

'Cis' has no meaning in equalities law or the GRA.

It can only be observed that somebody has received a diagnosis of gender dysphoria and lived as a woman for two years, (generally meaning changing details on official documents).

The point is, they won't have to. They can wander into women's loos and changing rooms and if challenged say 'I am a trans woman' and no one will be able to do anything.

Self-ID and Stonewall definitions mean anyone can say they are trans and gain access, even those who look clearly masculine and male.

Ah yeah I remember that stonewall thing, think the greens did it too, telling people to send in spam rather than actually answering, of course that wouldn't have looked good and such answers were not to be taken seriously! Stnewall were even encouraging minors to send it in, even though it was clearly for adults.

I am sick to the back teeth of hearing of how 'hard' and 'dehumanising' and such the GRC application is.

I am longterm disabled, and I wish everyone who whinges about how unnecessarily stressful it is to send in a letter in 'the opposite sex name' could have the experience of an 'assesment' for disability benefits. Wish a doctors note was enough for me..in fact a 6cm thick file of medical evidence still got me 'cured' and having to wait 2 years to get it sorted. And this happens over and over. And I have been asked questions such as 'if you are in so much pain all of the time, how come you have not killed yourself'

Bloody hell talk about paranoid. They think everyones out to get them. No mate their job is to check facts which they did. Facts dont care about identities or feelings. Facts just are facts. If you had done your job properly and told the truth then channel 4 wouldn't have had to correct you.

I think it’s brilliant- if the team at Channel 4 news/ ITN experience a tiny fraction of the usual TRA backlash, it will surely prompt more of a spotlight on this whole farce, which clearly doesn’t stand up to any kind of scrutiny or questioning.
