Superdrug person who menstruate

Never posted on this board before, but nervous, but I’m furious.
Just bought some towels from Superdrug and the first line on the back of the packet is ‘A person who menstruates..’ I’m a woman ffs!
I shop in Superdrug all the time for their cruelty free stuff but no more!

Your friend is allowed to call themselves whatever they want. Women are also allowed to define themselves, and it shouldnt be at the expense of the erasure of an entire sex

No matter how much someone wants to, they cant change their sex. Its about time we start teaching our children sex is just that - biology but it doesnt determine our personality, there are a 1000 variations of woman but if they have XX chromosomes they are still woman

Bloody fed up of this crap and it's making me anti-trans, happy for trans people to join my gender's identity but don't try to fucking steal or obliterate it.

Hmmm. I kind of see it as not all women have periods, but they could have said ‘the average woman will have seemingly hundred of bastard periods in her life time’.
And surely someone who is upset by seeing the word woman on stuff isn’t going to be reading the back of packets of sanitary towels.

But from another POV what happen if the 'person who menstrates' has real issues with the fact that they're a woman. It doesn't really bother me if I'm honest

I agree with this, I really can't get worked up about it - I'm a woman, I'm not suddenly not one just because a piece of packaging said the word person instead of woman.

Almost as if they know which sex gets guilted into being the ones to budge up & make room to keep men happy

Course occasionally they will give the credit to a trans man to try and prove otherwise . Kinda undone though by say the likes of Always when thousands if women complained about the scented pads giving them rashes/reactions and the fact that the labelling was so rubbish the lads were always bought by accident. And when they sold shitty pads to women and girls on Africa cos clearly they arent deserving of the same quality Hmm And nothing . It's perfectly fine to ignore those women. Then they remove the venus symbol cos a transman complained akd they didnt want to fave the wrath of the tras.
