I mean, if Jameela wants to share spaces with convicted rapists and male individuals who'd like to discuss her tampon usage with her then she's welcome to invite them over to her house for a cuppa? She can leave the rest of us out of it though

Sure the email is already sent given not having a penis is just a patriarchal ideal of what a woman isHmm

(We need a term like purity spiral but for when one person is trying to compete with their own previous comments in a sort of escalating wokeness spiral.)

IDanielRadcliffe · 15/06/2020 21:04

^X post.

Tonz · 15/06/2020 21:04

What the fuck does "feels like a woman" even mean. Being a woman isn't a feeling. Over my dead body will my daughter be measured for her first bra with only a curtain separating her and a naked man trying on a dress because HE feels like a woman. What about my daughters feelings. Self conscious being one of them.
Are we as woman going to have to accompany our teenage daughters to public toilets and changing areas because let's face it all a rapist has to do to find a victim is stick a dress and some lippie on.
Yes there may be some genuine transwoman but as long as they still have a penis it can be used against woman and girls and they have no place in our spaces. The thought terrifies me. JK Rowling has had rape threats from trans woman and being told to "suck my girly dick". Is that OK, like fuck it is

IDanielRadcliffe · 15/06/2020 21:04

Yes it’s really Karen White’s broad jawline that is problematic for me.

Enderthedragon · 15/06/2020 21:03

Oh sweet Jesus..... She really has backed herself into a corner hasn't she?

Jameela, it's not the hairy legs, the lack of uterus or the broad shoulders that is the problem. It's the fucking rapey penis attached to the fucking rapey man.

I almost cant watch this!

TheSingingKettle49 · 15/06/2020 20:57

@GCAcademic hahaha I bet she deletes that tweet as soon as her agent rings her! She hasn’t got a clue 🤣

OvaHere · 15/06/2020 20:56

For those not on twitter

Jameela again
SarahTancredi · 15/06/2020 20:25

This is exactly how it gets. They back themselves into a corner where they have to double down no matter how stupid it makes them look. They just expose themselves as liars. Its really quite useful.

GCAcademic · 15/06/2020 20:22

She’s just confirmed that she is happy to have Karen White, Jonathan Yaniv, et.al. in her private space. Straight from the horse’s mouth:

mobile.twitter.com/DatCatDer/status/1272591692902862848

I can’t express the disgust I feel towards this hyper privileged celebrity brat who knows full well that she would never have to encounter such predators, but is happy to cast vulnerable women and children in their path. Just so that she can get woke points.

tellmewhentheLangshiplandscoz · 15/06/2020 20:21

Fuck Jameela Jamil. My young daughters deserve woman only spaces as do I. If shitting on other woman makes her happy let her get on with it. Clueless.
If supporting other woman makes me transphobic then so be it. No fucks given

Tonz, you took the words right from my mouth.

I am now so sick and tired of women being bottom of the pile. Having to budge up to make room for someone who feels like a woman. Trying hard to engage with divs here who screech "you're all transphobic " and don't even attempt to discuss our concerns.

I could fucking weep Sad

Gingernaut · 15/06/2020 20:10

JJ didn't generate an awful lot of new fans in the US by endorsing Louis Farrakhan, there now did she? Grin

nauticant · 15/06/2020 20:08

I did smile at this reply to the invitation into her space:

Shockedandbefuddled · 15/06/2020 20:07

CoffeeTeaChocolate is correct in many ways. If you live a comfortable, safe experience it’s easy to be complacent.

Buryit · 15/06/2020 19:50

Ha Dido! I saw that - it got quite a few likes from her equally ignorant followers before she deleted it. Very funny.

LockdownLump · 15/06/2020 19:35

JJ is not as clever as she thinks she is. She's extremely smug and pleased with herself.

I also do not believe she believes everything she posts. She is too contradictory. Although I stopped following her before her wokeness hit extremes.

DidoLamenting · 15/06/2020 19:27

I thought you were referring to this gem.

Jameela again
IsAnybodyListening · 15/06/2020 19:23

Oh. I completely agree Jameela. I hope when my 'Sisters' join me in MY protected spaces, they are the same group that sent me vile DM''s on social media, threatening me, calling me names, putting words in my mouth and saying I needed a smack.

My crime? I typed 'a man that identifies as a woman' as part of a polite discussion. I said the wrong thing apparently and was ripped apart by several 'Sisters'. Even when I bowed out of the discussion by stating I meant no offence, and wanted to learn more about their plight etc....this angered them more.

I was 'A stupid Bitch'
I was 'Nothing but a fucking terf'
I was 'Running off scared are you? YOU'RE whats wrong with the world. Fucking die'

...and so on.

Shove your Tweet up your bloody arse Jameela. YOU to not speak for me.

PurpleHoodie · 15/06/2020 19:22

I wonder which particular Gov. watch lists she's on.......?

Needmoresleep · 15/06/2020 19:20

Jameela is the product of a not particularly selective, expensive, central London all girls private school. International but sheltered, multi racial but not particularly diverse. I think her unquestioning entitlement comes from there.

(Just checked. She would have been three years ahead of Peaches Geldof. Pity. Peaches was bright and argumentative and might have shaken the priviledge and complacency a little.)

PurpleHoodie · 15/06/2020 19:20

What AnyFucker said.

AnyFucker · 15/06/2020 19:16

No, Jameela, you don't get to give away women's rights in my fucking name

NeutralJanet · 15/06/2020 19:14

Is she still trying desperately to curry favour with the LGBT community after the backlash she got for declaring herself Queer while being in a heterosexual relationship?

CoffeeTeaChocolate · 15/06/2020 19:12

I am still new to this, but it seems to be that this is a bit of a socioeconomic class issue. It is so easy for all wealthy, well educated women to say that they support trans women and are happy to share their spaces. I get the sense of a glitzy night club where they are welcoming in flamboyant trans women.

I am not sure that many are considering the changing rooms at the council leisure centre, prisons with vulnerable women, refuges or any other single sex spaces for the women less fortunate. In that sense they are offering to share what they do not use anyway.

Am I completely off here?

hypernormal · 15/06/2020 19:11

Just me that thinks she sounds like she's permanently stuck at the "I hate you, mum!" stage of adolescence?

I think she does actually have 'mummy issues' of some sort, she's estranged from her mother, so perhaps she hates older women. The tweet she's responding to is a load of nonsense as well. Preserving the rights that both women and gender reassigned trans people already have enshrined in law is not a 'rollback'.
