Hi all, I sometimes post here as my writing crosses over into issues you discuss on this forum. I've published a new article RE the awful misogyny JK Rowling has been facing recently. Hope you all like it (although maybe "like" is the wrong word...), and please feel free to share it around!

Just in case the article disappears: archive.fo/nvz5q

The amount of abuse JKR is facing is horrific. I am afraid I stopped reading half-way through and I think my response is to delete my Twitter account (which is anyway dormant). I cannot support a platform which allows such abuse to stand.

None of which is a comment on your writing, Tom Smile

Thanks Tom, I follow you on Twitter and think you have a great handle on the issues. Article was very witty as well.

Thanks @TomFarr1.
That is a bloody brilliant article.
Since I am so infuriated by cheerleader's for OJ incl some friends, I particularly loved this:
Leftist Woke Blokes love liberal feminism because it gives them a chance to willy-wave their feminist credentials by going along with hot takes such as “men are trash” and “sex work is work”, which creates the narrative that they are on the one hand empathetic to the plight of women, while on the other disavowing them of any responsibility when it comes to actually challenging their own privilege.

Yes, really well observed.
