I have been lurking on twitter lately and noticed Baroness Nicholson has been very active recently. Amongst her tweets are quite a few gems - letters to Liz Truss, tweets asking for evidence about Stonewall’s involvement CPS guidance just to name two.

This tweet I found very encouraging too.

She has today written to Liz Truss again but this time with her concerns about the gross misinterpretation of the ECHR in the trans toolkits used in schools and recommends that such toolkits are removed from use now. Such support is great news.

It’s times like this I am grateful that some parliamentarians use twitter effectively. I only wish I was able to tweet in support.

Surely this would require having a job in the first place? Not convinced that going back to promoting your Patreon account is the same thing.

Would the CPS know? Do schools have to tell them if they're using it?

Weirdly, Eresh, that bit didn't shock me. I expect males to display blatantly woman-hating behaviour; I expect this to be reported as the woman's fault. It's the more covert stuff that gets me properly spitting tacks - the stuff that's subtle enough that people nod along without noticing it plays to their own unconscious sexist bias.

Have you got to the bit where they're baying for an old lady and her daughter to be charged with hate crime for refusing a MTF as the elderly lady's intimate carer? I think it's that thread.

What they're doing here, in using the label "trans" to cover anyone and everyone who doesn't comfortably occupy a traditional gender role, is so horribly sexist I'm struggling to find words for it.

And then they say it's ok, we can fix it by operating on you. That way everyone who acts a certain way, looks the same. No surprises. Phew.
