He just sums up the attitude of lefty men to women. There used to be a saying that under capitalism women are private property, under socialism women will be owned in common. I thought that was a slur against the left, obviously under socialism women will be free and have full human status. Now I see these lefty men giving our rights away wholesale and I realise they really do think they own us. They've always thought they'd have a revolution for the men, but after the wealth was redistributed, relations between men and women would be the same. Now they are sharing out all the rights we've painfully fought for, our bodies and our identity, as if it was all their property.

Has he a wife, daughters, mum, aunties? So men not speak to the women in they lives before coming out with this cobblers?

Well, I'd love to air my views on Twitter but ….. I've been banned for refusing to accept that transwomen are women.

I was invited to appeal. I did. Within 15 seconds - that's mighty quick, Twitter - I got a verdict saying: "No, we're right". I was invited to remove the 'offending' Tweet, after which they confirmed I could continue to use their platform.

According to him, equality means same provision apparently. He doesn’t seem to get that same provision actively disadvantages some groups in specific circumstances - women and girls, people who are disabled etc, so separate provision is requested legitimate to ensure equality which he pretends he wants.

Why are so many people -particularly on the left of this -such utter tools.

If Billy is so desperate for TW to be able to compete, then why not start looking for a way for them to compete fairly in their sex class? Instead of expecting women to budge up.

This is the same mentality that leads to women's toilets being made unisex while the men's stays men only.

As she's young and writes songs about the gender religion he's probably calculated that this will be a good way of being 'relevant' to a younger generation, trying to widen the fanbase. I think you are right. There is so much of this in the Labour Party, yet no one wants to grasp the nettle and come up with something viable and voteable for the 21st century.

I liked a couple of his songs way back when I didn't know much about anything and that was it really - thought I ought to like them. One moves on.
