First investigate the lobby groups and halt big business support of them (which is what a decent business would do if a question mark is hanging over a ‘charity’).

I fond myself wondering whether they’re hoping to do just enough to get rid of the litigation, which is likely to draw a huge amount of unwanted attention to the entirety of the trans cause.

Yes, very shocking that members of the public have to shame the state into doing its job of ensuring safeguarding measures are in place, but sadly not surprising 😡. Talking of which, they say more digging is urgently needed.

We've been here before. Suddenly stuff disappears or is un usable or is dropped and no one ever answers the questions as to what's happening.

I hope this is different but there is too much riding in it for anything other than glowing positive verdicts coming out of it.

I would like nothing more than to be proven wrong

It’s a start but I don’t think it goes far enough. It restricts the review to children whose parents do not provide consent the treatment. If they do provide consent does that mean it’s OK to prescribe to children?

The clinicians who resigned from Tavistock stated that some parents appeared to be homophobic and believed the trans mantra rather than they may have a gay child. Are these children not to be similarly protected? It also does not seem to cover whether or not a child can give informed consent in this instance.

It is shocking that it has taken a privately funded judicial review to get this review started. Thank you Keira for your courage in doing this.

They are reviewing the present rules on treatment before the court case being brought. Probably hoping to cover their backs with pro-trans doctors' 'expert' advice on the subject so they don't get slammed in a court case which I would think would be more likely to sympathise with the victim.

It sounds good but I predict the outcome will either never be published, fall far short of what's needed and will of course miss the point, why are we telling children they're the wrong sex rather than stamping out gender roles?
Hope I am wrong.
