I was in the Science Museum shop yesterday and saw these among the postcards.
I didn't attempt to buy one, they're not official merchandise and I didn't want to be the one to draw attention to them and get them removed.
Huge Interwebs high-five to whoever put them there!

Maybe we need some lanyards and badges made up ‘feminist ally’ and start emotionally blackmailing people into joining up. We could bake cookies and everything...

ErrolTheDragon · 10/02/2020 11:03

They learned their lesson ?

No, if they had they would now be wearing 'This is what a feminist ally looks like'.Grin

TreestumpsAndTrampolines · 10/02/2020 10:48

If I was to do that, I'd totally make sure I copied a barcode from one of the other postcards, so that they'd scan through the till too....

SerendipityJane · 10/02/2020 10:20

Yes - whatever happened to the fashion for men to wear ‘this is what a feminist looks like’ t-shirts...?

Love it - but don’t assume it was a woman. Men can be feminists too !

Lordfrontpaw · 10/02/2020 07:59

Were they all the same? It looks like a stack of them there! Noooooo, surely not, science? 😉

Xiaoxiong · 09/02/2020 22:10

Great!

I was really bummed last year to see I am Jazz on sale at the shop at the science museum in Bristol. Seemed so anti-scientific.

Voice0fReason · 09/02/2020 21:53

Well done that woman!

10FrozenFingers · 09/02/2020 19:03

Can you get Sandy cartoons as postcards? they would fit in nicely on that shelf.

MrsFogi · 09/02/2020 18:09

Bloody brilliant. I frequently leave Fair Play for Women cards in any leaflet displays I find but hadn't thought of adding them to shop displays....I will now though!!

Cheesespreading · 09/02/2020 18:02

Would be great if they were official lol. But awesome none the less.

TwistedEyeOfHorus · 09/02/2020 17:12

Kudos and well done! The world will be a better place when this definition is uncontroversial again.

some science for the science museum. how apt

SerendipityJane · 09/02/2020 14:16

Reminds me of some of Bridget Christie's stuff, (although apparently I'm wrong).

Gibbonsgibbonsgibbons · 09/02/2020 12:09

Oh that’s brilliant! Stickerwoman phase 2?

AutumnRose1 · 09/02/2020 11:59
