Any legals out there who could shed some light as to whether there is a link between the timings of this case and the delays in Harry’s case?

Also... Am I the only person who fears Harry/FairCop judgement has been purposely delayed so that it does not impact Kate's case?

A. Harry wins = additional evidence/support for Kate, therefore suppressed.
B. Harry loses = they don't want to be accused of impacting judgement in Kate's case.

There's probably far more implications than that. Just my non lawyerly ramblings.
