The new Stonewall-drafted CPS 'Hate Crime' schools guidance

It currently can only be accessed via a password-protected account and it's only available for schools and teachers. However, some who have seen it have been horrified by it and leaked it.

Among many other things, it states:

  • girls have no right to single-sex toilets and do not even have the right to express their discomfort about this.
  • lesbian girls who 'reject' biological males who identify as girls are committing a hate crime if the rejection is due to their 'perceived trans identity', and it calls on pupils to inform on each other when this happens (it doesn't define what 'rejection' means)
  • it seems to follow on from recent guidance that if a girl has a problem with a naked biological male in a changing room, it's up to the girl to find somewhere else to get changed

Heaven forbid that parents can peek behind the curtain of Oz and see who's inside.

HandsOffMyLangCleg · 28/01/2020 10:11

Here is Transgender Trend's latest blog, which features on Diversity Role Models.
As a parent, it worries me greatly. As a woman, it worries me greatly.

I have previously posted an image of one of the self IDing female leaders. This was relevant to the discussion, but pulled by MN.

Aesopfable · 27/01/2020 22:52

‘Diversity’, just like ‘inclusion’, now just refers to transgender (though called LGBT). Race, religion, disability does not get a look in.

ThinEndoftheWedge · 27/01/2020 22:36

@HandsOffMyLangCleg

Reminds me of something which I won’t say...

Do the diversity role models embrace everyone’s diversity including girl / boy as per dictionary - or is that too diverse/extreme?

Also what do the diversity role models do in biology lessons?!

Our school has mentors - all younger children are supported by an older child. Works well and I really like it. Seems much more inclusive to me.

Not sure if there is training / what the older children do if there is a proper concern.

SorryAuntLydia · 27/01/2020 21:36

@HandsOffMyLangCleg

Break it to me - what’s the position of Diversity Role Models? (they are in our school too)

HandsOffMyLangCleg · 27/01/2020 21:09

Thanks - it gets even better though Thin as Diversity Role Models have also been embraced by the school.

ThinEndoftheWedge · 27/01/2020 18:33

@HandsOffMyLangCleg

Shame- but as your school is Stonewall aligned indoctrinated it’s not a surprise

Good luck with the Governors- they have a responsibility for safety and equality- so worth a go!

CallofDoodee · 27/01/2020 18:07

What the char grilled fuck is this?!

Surely by 'reject' the mean, rejecting sexual advances? Otherwise there would be no need to stipulate 'lesbian' would there?

So they are saying that if a lesbian girl says that she doesn't want to go out with someone at school because they have a penis, then, if person identifies as a girl, that is a fucking HATE CRIME?

WHAAAAAAT?!

Sexnotgender · 27/01/2020 18:01

Fuck... that’s awful.

Aesopfable · 27/01/2020 17:51

Thanks allmywhat

Lordfrontpaw · 27/01/2020 17:35

They are a self appointed group who have been infiltrated, friends in low places indeed. Some of us are old enough have seen it before - do they never learn?

Stand up and say loud ‘the emperor is naked!’

WorkingItOutAsIGo · 27/01/2020 17:32

Surely there must be some way to challenge Stonewall for providing guidance that is legally wrong?

Whilst we still have the protection of the law we had better use it to it’s fullest advantage.

Lordfrontpaw · 27/01/2020 17:14

Stonewall need to be investigated and dismantled. They are no longer fit for purpose and don’t speak for women.

BMJ: parents don't get a say in treatment of minors www.mumsnet.com/Talk/womens_rights/3806790-bmj-parents-don-t-get-a-say-in-treatment-of-minors

allmywhat · 27/01/2020 15:11

Aesop there's a thread about it here www.mumsnet.com/Talk/womens_rights/3806790-bmj-parents-don-t-get-a-say-in-treatment-of-minors

Aesopfable · 27/01/2020 15:08

BMJ article about how parents can't decline trans treatment for their children

I missed that, so you have a link?

Aesopfable · 27/01/2020 15:07

I wonder how they'd respond to a mother who is a transwidow describing the manipulation and coercive abuse she's experiencing to a police officer in confidence?

I think it is clear: they would arrest her for hate crimes and award her partner a position advising the rest of the force.

allmywhat · 27/01/2020 15:07

They are escalating fast aren't they? This and that BMJ article about how parents can't decline trans treatment for their children, so close together.

I feel like this all has to come to a head soon. Too many people are becoming aware of it, and it's just too outrageous. People don't like it when you come for their children. Maybe I'm just a sunshine and rainbows optimist, but I think the TRAs may have overplayed their hand.

SarahTancredi · 27/01/2020 15:06

mayo

Those were my thoughts. That it's a grooming manual.

Telling kids to.put up.and shut up.

Why is it anyone elses business who said no to who and why? Its between then 2 people involved not for everyone else to decide motive and report accordingly.

NeurotrashWarrior · 27/01/2020 15:06

Girls need to be taught that it is their right to say no to sex. Forcing someone to have sex they don't want - for any reason - is rape and THAT is a crime

Which is the teaching that Operation Encompass do; to be clear they actually do lessons in school around abuse and coercive control, domestic abuse but also manipulation etc.

WHEN ARE THE DOTS GOING TO BE JOINED?

Today’s daily dose of LangCleg sense www.mumsnet.com/Talk/womens_rights/3803858-Today-s-daily-dose-of-LangCleg-sense

NeurotrashWarrior · 27/01/2020 15:03

As detailed here:

childrenoftransitioners.org/

Stonewall silences them.

Mayomaynot · 27/01/2020 15:03

Girls need to be taught that it is their right to say no to sex. Forcing someone to have sex they don't want - for any reason - is rape and THAT is a crime. It is their right to turn down anyone as a sexual or romantic partner, because every individual is in charge of their own body. It is their right to have sex segregated toilets.

These new guidelines? Grooming.

NeurotrashWarrior · 27/01/2020 15:02

Posted this on the slang thread with regards to the police being captured:

And what's scary about the police being captured is that they're running operation encompass in a number of areas now.

www.operationencompass.org/

I wonder how they'd respond to a mother who is a transwidow describing the manipulation and coercive abuse she's experiencing to a police officer in confidence?

This project is currently top of our safeguarding toolkit in school. I threw a small internal hissy fit when the first slide show we were send was all about how women abuse men too.

To add to this; how will the respond to children of trans parents who are not happy and being involved in a fantasy?

stillathing · 27/01/2020 15:00

and i am sorry but it IS sinister that the greatest push for the destruction of boundaries of women and girls is aimed at children. children who are impressionable BECAUSE THEIR BRAINS DON'T FULLY DEVELOP UNTIL THEY ARE 24. **please note i am not saying that trans people are behaving in a way that is sinister. twitter has many trans people who agree with the posters here on FWR. the majority of
the push for this very particular ideology which seeks to render the categorisation of humans by sex as meaningless seems to be coming from people who are not trans.
