In totally the opposite direction where we need to be going as a planet. We need to begetting closer to nature and respecting its rhythms, not further removed via technology. One of the big contradictions of woke'ism. Being ecologically minded/Green and fantasising about robot futures are in direct contradiction.

I think that some people use transgenderism as a lifestyle choice to put on and take off when it suits them.

The few I know have had surgery and tbf I think it’s inaccurate to claim to be a man when in fact ‘he’s’ completely biologically a woman, he has the appearance of a man that is all.

Almost all trans people don’t have surgery, this thing of transitioning having surgery as an end point is no longer true at all, the vast majority of male trans people keep their penises for instance.

He’s clearly not transitioned if he’s had no surgery and gave birth🙄🙄 He's a woman who lives as a man and the sperm donor is a man who lives as a woman, no transition, no surgery ffs it’s madness.

The freedom to pretend that sexism disappears if you can pretend that sex doesn’t exist.

All you lot who are getting worked up about this, saying that Rube here can't be living as a man because of giving birth etc etc, you've just got to identify out of your confusion and it will all make sense to you.

Your problem is that you're old fuddy-duddies who insist that words have meaning, that they should have the same meanings for everyone. You just don't understand this modern world - this postmodern world - where words mean whatever a person wants them to mean, and persons can identify with, as, into or out of anything they want. Saying that a man can give birth is no different to calling egg-and-chips 'tea' in Yorkshire and 'supper' in London.

YY, Freda. This is a fantastic article! It’s achieved more than all the WPUK meetings put together — thought that’s not to say those meetings aren’t important.

The tide has well and truly turned. The media’s got the long knives out now. This article makes the movement looks absurd and just flays the narcissism involved: going so far as to call this birth a miracle! A few days after Christmas! That really sticks the shiv in.

Oh goodness no, your comment was fine. I chuckled actually. I used it more as a bridge to my comment but I wasn’t offended at all. I’m made of tougher stuff than that lol

The person who gave birth seems very confused.

They said that they identified with being male. From all accounts, this is a very difficult, emotionally painful and even life-threatening condition to have. There is so much angst about being stuck with a body which was 'assigned to you at birth' that the only relief and salvation is to live your life as your 'true' self and in the opposite gender.

This is why people say that they need self ID. To avoid prolonged medical and mental health assessments. They say that they know who they are and they totally live their lives as their preferred gender.

Yet how can this person claim to 'live as a man' whilst doing the one thing that only women can do?

If you want to live as a man, do it. But don't try to cherry pick the parts of being female that you want to keep. Men don't live like that. Men don't gestate and give birth.

That's not living like a man. It's the opposite in fact.

Well by the definition quoted in that article, turns out I’ve been quite wrong after all these years then. Humans do change sex quite naturally and gradually, for example with puberty and with the menopause. My chin and upper lip is proof!

Little did I know but I’ve been transitioning my sex back and forth for years now. I was definitely a girl child but then since puberty I’ve always had a bit of a ‘tache, so as a man I had those miracle babies, that was probably a worlds first (but hey who’s counting there’ve been a lot of those firsts reported ). Then post-kids and what with balancing childcare with the job and whatever, I think my moustache was just too tired to grow back. so I guess I was a proper woman then.

However now with the meno the tache and chin is stronger than ever before so I am fully male. I have to say I didn’t even notice how male I was getting till I got these new glasses!

I’ve press released all this fluctuating between the sexes to a few journalists with some quotes just in case they want to pop round for a quick ‘worlds first’ photoshoot. Not heard back yet but I’ve tidied up the living room just in case.

I haven’t yet told DH and the boys that every time they shave they become female, but I’ll run through that with them affirmingly and hopefully by the time the photographers arrive we can all be in the pics together as one big happy headline-grabbing family.

I know not everyone would involve the media in these things but Christmas doesn’t pay for itself and that massive cheque from the extreme far right seems a bit slow in arriving..

Do they actually think anyone with a rudimentary understanding of biology will suddenly be convinced that a woman has donated sperm to help a man have a baby?

All it does is confirm that this movement is full of narcissistic fantasists. Poor child.
