Liverpool Women's hospital no longer has female toilets

I just read this on twitter - the Women's hospital in Liverpool has removed all female toilets and changed them to gender neutral toilets. All the men's toilets have remained the same.

This has been confirmed by hospital staff.

What the fuck?!?! This is infuriating. As a woman that's just given birth I'm enraged. Retweeted, but what can we do. I'm seriously losing the will to live at the moment. Everything looks so hopeless. The fight is being beaten from me! 😭😭😔

Interestingly on their website it states that accommodation is same sex, but that toilet & bathroom facilities are same gender!!!!!!!!!!

How can this be legal? It is very clearly sex based discrimination. Removal of single sex facilities for women whilst retaining single sex facilities for men. It’s right there!
