Not just one school. This is also happening in Scotland where we know of girls self-excluding from PE because they are expected to get changed with fully developed teenage boys, self-excluding from school when they are menstruating because they are expected to put up with boys harassing them in mixed-sex toilets.

Nobody counts the girls now feeling uncomfortable, embarrassed, distraught or traumatised because the needs of some boys are prioritised above their own.

Nobody counts the longterm damage done to our girls by a society that teaches them that while girls may be allowed boundaries around their own bodies, they are only allowed to assert them against some boys and most definitely not against boys who identify as trans.

This goes against all safeguarding principles. But who cares, eh? They're only girls after all. Who the fuck cares about them?

Everyone can present as they please and change their names to whatever they like (will we need to legislate to prevent discrimination based on sex stereotype expression?) but no cocks will be in women’s prisons, nor in women’s sports.

I think it was about 15 or 20 % of male prisoners in general? Much lower anyway.

Absolutely. The fact that you even ask that shows that you are incredibly naive and do not know the experience of most women. FFS, predatory men have trained for years and gone into careers so they can get access to vulnerable people. This is actually a bit easier in comparison and may no longer mean undergoing operations or even trying to look like a woman. The very fact that people are scared of losing their jobs over 'transphobia' means that men like this are more likely to start pushing boundaries and get away with it.

If the SNP had intended to run an actual in depth consultation surely it would have taken a bit longer. Much like Named Person I suspect they won't drop this policy until they end up challenged in court over it after it's gone quite predictably wrong.

You clearly haven't understood the least little bit about self-id and the planned law reform. I will admit, things have gone truly bonkers when the very same Scottish Government that passed a 50/50 representation law that requires a totality of zero proof to allow a man to self-identify into a woman's seat on a public board publishes a draft consultation paper that admonishes organisations, including itself, for enacting policies not required by either the EqA or the GRA and without considering the rights of women. (But will defend that representation law to the hilt as right and proper.)

A law btw that not only proves our point about self-id, but also demonstrates how little women matter.

A man need not have surgery, take hormones, dress in a feminine way, live in role (whatever the fuck that means), adopt a woman's name - in short, to claim a woman's seat on a public board in Scotland, he need not change anything at all about himself other than utter the magic words

"I identify as a woman"

That's already the fucking law in Scotland - policy derived from self-id. He doesn't even have to keep on identifying as a woman. At point of access is enough. And the misogynists who passed the law explicitly placed such a man above women (that is female people) in deciding who to give the place to if it came down to it.

Men have gone to extraordinary lengths to gain access to the women and children they want to abuse. They train as teachers, priests, scout masters, coaches etc.
Now they don't need a GRC, they don't even need to put on a dress. All they need to do is say that they identify as a woman and they can gain easy access to almost all women only spaces.

This is harmful for women and also transwomen. TW should be demanding barriers as that is the only thing that will attempt to differentiate them from abusive men.
