I can't see any other post but a prisoner is suing the NHS as they were refused GRS.

This prisoner was convicted for having indecent images of children and for sexual activity with a young girl. They are now suing because of the distress that has been caused to them.

They are in prison for child sex offences and they think it acceptable to sue for their 'distress'. It looks like the tale is being seen as an attempt to get an easier ride away from a male prison which holds little back when it comes to children and prisoners.

Passing. Lolz.

BickerinBrattle · 29/11/2019 21:22

No worries, Captain — where I am, both words are used.

JellyfishAndShells · 29/11/2019 20:55

please do not refer to cross sex hormones as HRT. As a previous poster pointed out, there’s no “R” involved. If you want women to take your concerns seriously, you’re going to have to start by understanding all the many and various ways that our experiences are different, and be respectful of that. There are specific, sex based and often quite emotionally intense reasons that women take HRT, none of which a male can experience. It’s not your terminology to use

^ This ^ Terminology that suits only a small minority is constantly being foisted upon us eg the awful c*s, but there’s no reciprocal regard for our specific terms that can never apply to natal men.

ResistSexism · 29/11/2019 20:46

I don't care if other women consent to TWs being in the ladies or in Women's changing room. I do not consent and you can't consent on behalf of other people, so the TWs must stay out.

Oh for a 'like' button. It's a flat, sufficient 'no' from me too. I do not consent and nobody is entitled to consent for me.

KatvonHostileExtremist · 29/11/2019 20:28

I really really don't care what happens to the child abusing piece of shit. Let him rot.
As for the person defending him 🤮

SophoclesTheFox · 29/11/2019 20:01

What do you think of the rights of women in prison, Bronners? Do you see any potential of a conflict of rights between vulnerable groups?

I think in addition to the issues around children and ROGD, I think we definitely need to campaign on behalf of women in prisons. They are extremely vulnerable too and don't have any means of being heard.

Ummmmcake · 29/11/2019 19:31

I don't care if other women consent to TWs being in the ladies or in Women's changing room. I do not consent and you can't consent on behalf of other people, so the TWs must stay out. That's the law. Not all that "gender is a feeling" nonsense. And if female prisoners are not heard, the rest of us must speak out on their behalf. No people with penises in female prisons!

CaptainKirksSpikeyGhost · 29/11/2019 19:20

That's my mistake not understanding what was written sorry bick

CaptainKirksSpikeyGhost · 29/11/2019 19:19

Ah thanks Cabbage that makes sense.

littlecabbage · 29/11/2019 19:12

nueroatypical males

I think you may mean neurodiverse?

Captain I think she meant neuro-atypical, i.e. neurodiverse like you say.

JellyfishAndShells · 29/11/2019 18:49

like many trans people, you can’t tell they’re trans

Oh, the delusion. Not in real life - and not really in images, no matter how much makeup and filters.

Angryresister · 29/11/2019 18:47

Yes sonic it would be such a refreshing change if men however well they think they pass, would for one second consider women and girls feelings about not feeling safe. Disguise will not help. Our opinions and needs must be respected. No debate

Datun · 29/11/2019 18:38

Gay males, small males, elderly males, physically disabled males, nueroatypical males, e.g.

Exactly. We've never said let's segregate by sex, apart from gay men, or men with mental health issues. It's ridiculous.

Addressing male violence should be the starting point.

littlecabbage · 29/11/2019 18:35

I’ve worked in several different teams, each one accepting and understanding.

I bet some/all of the women forced to share facilities (toilets etc) with you were not at all comfortable with that, but felt they couldn't speak out. Especially those employed at lower levels of seniority than your "prominent role".

So many males are vulnerable to male violence, in prison or in places like toilets.

Gay males, small males, elderly males, physically disabled males, nueroatypical males

Excellent point BickerinBrattle. These other vulnerable males do not get housed in the female estate.

BickerinBrattle · 29/11/2019 18:07

Gay males, small males, elderly males, physically disabled males, nueroatypical males, e.g.

I fail to see why one group of males at risk of male violence is privileged over another group of males similarly at risk. Why must that one group’s vulnerability be ameliorated to the point of increasing risk to female prisoners, when surely a small neuroatypical male is equally if not more at risk of violence in a prison population.

I say this having one close friend who works inside a male prison and specifically with the population deemed vulnerable, and I have another good friend whose mentally ill son is often arrested on drug charges and petty theft, whose life, the entire court system, knows would be very much in danger in prison were his crimes to escalate — so that much concerted effort is being wielded to keep him out of prison.

Unlike subjective feelings of female identity that cannot be verified, my friend’s son has multiple organic brain disorders falsifiable with neurological testing. But though the courts and the social service system are doing everything they can to help him off the path that will land him in prison, not one person, ever, has offered the possibility that he instead be housed in the female estate.

misogyny and arrogance, wrapped up in self entitlement

Absolutely.

Datun · 29/11/2019 17:55

The poster also seems to want to reiterate a lot that this is the law (in their opinion) and that female people need to realise there's no escape from male sex offenders who want access to them.

The motivation is instantly uncovered by even the mildest of questions.

I was going to say I'm not even sure why they bother to engage, as it's such a piece of piss to show them up.

But I internally answered my own question, misogyny and arrogance, wrapped up in self entitlement. Resulting in a rank disbelief that anyone will question their motives.

DeeZastris · 29/11/2019 17:31

I’d be checking the hardrive tbh.

Michelleoftheresistance · 29/11/2019 17:24

The poster also seems to want to reiterate a lot that this is the law (in their opinion) and that female people need to realise there's no escape from male sex offenders who want access to them.

Why, do you suppose, someone might want to come to a female dominated forum and tell female people that?

Michelleoftheresistance · 29/11/2019 17:23

Just to reiterate: here is a poster pushing hard to enable a male serious sex offender to get access to women who can't escape from them.

Because the male sex offender wants it.

The poster is irritated with female people not embracing this as a fabulous idea.

Michelleoftheresistance · 29/11/2019 17:20

Popped back after a couple of hours to see if my question had been answered.

I see not. It's still only all about Heron and TW. What they need, what they want, what's best for them, how to bend the law so that they can't be stopped from getting what they want....

You haven't the faintest interest in the female people this is fucking about with. They're not even counted as people in this conversation. And yet you're baffled that women are resistant to your ideology.

And even more baffled that they care about female people, over and above the needs of males.

You have a problem.

NonnyMouse1337 · 29/11/2019 17:19

No problem, LangCleg. There's no rush. Was curious as usual. :)

LangCleg · 29/11/2019 17:04

I'm faffing about multi-tasking at the moment but I'll try and see if anyone else kept a record and post it later.
