I'm losing track of the male Lib Dem PPC who are being shown up on Twitter for making vile, misogynistic tweets about women. All of them are also fiercely TWAW. It's almost like they know which humans to call bitches, slags and sluts.

Because "liberal" in the UK political party context means "individual rights" not, as in the US context "left of centre".

Has anyone alerted the LGB Alliance to Swinson's overt display of homophobia at the weekend yet?

Tim Farron seems to have been well into the ideology for the 2013 same sex marriage act and there seems to have been some problem with using that act to take out the 'spousal veto' which TF seems to have supported.

They also lost huge swathes of supporters and activists in the 2010 election, which made them more vulnerable to entryism. They had a lot of student support in 2005 which was instantly lost when they got in bed with the Tories and ended up tripling the tuition fees they promised to abolish. Maybe trans rights is seen as a way to claw that back?

Because they have been captured by a small bullying anti-women group pursuing a misogynistic agenda with no care for women or the safeguarding of children.
This group have relentlessly bullied, doxxed and threatened anyone who dares ask questions or challenge any aspect of their cult to the extent that decent human beings now parrot their mantra TWAW with increasing fervour.
It's watching the consequences of #nodebate in real life.

I googled and had a look at wiki, but his record is confusing. Why did he resign in the end, and what was concerns of the impact the "spousal veto" could have on trans people about?

It’s a good question. Farron’s homophobia stemmed from his religious beliefs but I don’t think Swinson has that excuse (unless you see gender ideology as a religious belief).

I'm not sure the Lib Dems are consistent on anything apart from Gender Self ID. . So many assorted bods in the Lib-Dems these days.
